Unhappy Nose tight/pressure, face and head pressure, no congestion!

    Hello,
For 5 months I've been experiencing a tight feeling in my nose, like it's in a vice. I also get severe pressure behind my nose, and in my head sometimes Ice pick headaches in my temples. I get eye pain on and off as well. I have no congestion at all. I've been to 3 ENTs had a Ct scan and head MRI, both clear. I'm at a loss, I don't know what to. It seems to originate in my nose. When I breathe in or blow my nose, the tightness and pressure escalates. Any ideas?
    Thanks

Hi...good to hear all is clear. Have you had allergy testing done?

Have you noticed yourself reacting to things, such as weather changes, certain types of ink, white candles, old suitcases, going to high altitudes?

I used to get terrible sinus headaches and eye pain particularly when the weather changed abruptly. My nose was always dry and I'd always get nose bleeds when I went to the mountains. I happened to get plastic surgery on my nose by an ENT. He noticed sinus drainage wasn't draining well, the type that goes down the throat, and he enlarged the drainage hole. I never had any pain again.

I researched and found some people have a gene that makes their nasal drainage stickier. A netipot rinse goes into the upper sinuses thins the mucus and moisturizers the nose.
