    Sinus issues

At the beginning of may I started experiencing sinus issues such as head congestion, sinus pressure, yellow mucus, headaches, dizziness, and brain fog( high feeling similar to sleep deprivation or a mild alcohol buzz). I have been to the doc. 5 times since the start and it is mid june. I have been put on two rounds of antibiotics, first amoxicillin, second was doxycycline monohydrate in order for them to rule out lyme disease or bacterial infection. Those did nothing to remedy my symptoms. I have had a multitude of blood tests and those all came back fine. Had a sinus CT at my most recent visit and all came back normal. The dr stated she does not know what is wrong, everything came back normal. And to come back if I have signs of meningitis.

Today I am experiencing vertigo/dizziness every time I move my head, constant headache, sinus pressure and stuffed nose with no discharge, still have brain fog, pain behind the eyes, full ears, and a ton of anxiety due to not having any clue what will help these symptoms.

I have tried using a neti pot on multiple occasions with no relief, antihistamines, etc. And nothing is helping.

I forgot to mention I have two impacted lower wisdom teeth and understand they can lead to pressure and headaches, but haven't seen much correlation between them and my other symptoms.

Anyone with similar problems regarding sinusitis or wisdom teeth, I would very much appreciate your help so i can if not fix the problem, at least know it's nothing I need to go back for.

Hi there. Sorry you are feeling so lousy. Since nothing has turned up on the CT scan or has gotten better with antibiotics, I would assume this is related to your teeth. Impactions can cause all sorts of problems and headaches can make you feel like your head is not connected to your body. I am willing to bet that if you deal with the wisdom teeth, the rest will start to feel better.

The only other thing I would suggest is to talk to a neurologist. I am not sure anything would happen if you did, but a good neurological check up to make sure that you have no other signs of anything wrong is not a bad idea. Neuro's usually order MRIs, which show allot more than a CT scan would.

I hope you feel better soon!

Inflammation and swelling cause your sinuses to ache with a dull pressure. You may feel pain in your forehead, on either side of your nose, in your upper jaws and teeth, or between your eyes. This may lead to a headache.

Try Apple Cider Vinegar. Clears up most, if not all Sinus Infections. Cayenne Pepper works too
