Need recommendation for sinus flush machine

Hi; I get chronic congestion in the evening and would like to get away from nasal congestion sprays. Have tried two different OTC allergy sprays with no effect. Take OTC allergy meds with no noticeable help. Figured my next step was to firehouse the upper chambers.

I see a Sinupulse Elite on ****** comes with a lot of good scores but before I pull the trigger thought I would check in here to see what was recommended.

I saw an ENT and he helped me temporarily get off the nasal sprays with some pills but the congestion came back anyway.

why not just try a saline nasal spray such as Ayr? Then maybe a rinse like NeilMed if the spray doesn't do the trick

Sorry should have mentioned that I have tried using saline sprays multiple times throughout the day but still end up with the evening congestion.

The only thing that seems to put a dent in the congestion is if I take a 24 hour decongestant with Pseudoephedrine in it. As you are likely aware buying anything with Pseudoephedrine is controlled and the irritating part is I am allotted 2 weeks dosage by law to last me 4 weeks before I can buy it again. Taking it daily month after month can't be good for me either.

Have you tried the NeilMed sinus rinse? It works well for many. And if you are having congestion while sleeping, I promise that the nasal strips work great!

Will look at the NeilMed thanks.

I use a CPAP in conjunction with the nasal strips. I have to be clear for the CPAP to prevent the severe snoring, which involves the nasal sprays.
