Question about TMJ, teeth shifting, and sinus

I have chronic sinusitis, which has made my life very miserable for over a year. My ENT is sending me to an oral surgeon because he thinks I have TMJ. My dentist has said my front top teeth are shifting outwards and he feels I need to see an Orthodontist to get Braces or a retainer. My ENt said the teeth shifting and TMJ could all have something to do with each other. But what about the sinuses? COuld they all ahve something to do with each other?
