Have pressure in ears & pains in arms is it sinuses?

My problems started with a really really bad cold and sinus or allergy attack. Right after that my right ear started feeling stopped up. My doctor looked at my ears and my right ear drum had a slight pull or suction. He gave me Allegra. A couple weeks later I was having an ear ache in my right ear and my doctor was out of town. I ended going to an urgent care center. The urgent care center nurse took my temperature and I had a 100.3 degree temperature. The doctor there gave me more Allegra and some Afrin nose spray, no antibiotic. Now I have pain in my neck and arms. I also have been having insomnia. I went to a specialist who took x-rays on my neck and right arm (being the worst). He couldn't find anything wrong other than a pulled muscle in my right arm. I fell on the ice after Christmas last year. I think because of my bad case of insomnia that it hasn't healed. The surgeon said the pain is probably stress related or from sitting at a desk all day typing on a computer he didn't think it was from the pulled muscle. Especially since the ear and neck were hurting too. A friend of mine years ago was told the pain in her arms was sinuses draining. Since mine started with a bad sinus problem I figured it was too. I asked the surgeon if it could be sinus related and he said the pain was different. When I wake up in the morning my arms feel worse. I put my symptons on a message board and someone had the exact same symptoms and was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. I printed out the message from the message board and took it to my doctor. He said just because someone has similar symptoms doesn't mean you have the same thing. He took my temperature and told me I didn't have a temperature so I don't have a sinus infection. Every time my sinus flare up my arms feel worse. My doctor thinks it's from depression, I still swear it's from sinuses. The doctor said I could get a second opinion or go to a specialist. I went to an ears, nose, throat specialist. He couldn't find a problem with my ears. He did say one of the canals in my nose is smaller than the other by an ears/nose/throat doctor. I think he called it a septom (spelling?). But he didn't think that would cause pain. Does anyone know if your sinus can cause ear, neck and arm pain without you having an infection and a temperature?
