Sinus Trouble And Weakness After Extraction

About a week and a half ago, I had an upper bicuspid extracted after being on antibiotics for two weeks because it was abscessed.

The healing is coming along fine but I am not sure why I am still having mild pain in the sinuses and pressure in the ear on that side.

I also felt very weak for a long time being on the antibiotics and have not yet bounced back (still feeling weak). I am not sure if it is reduced food intake (only could eat soft foods for two weeks and nothing crunchy for six weeks) or something else.

Any ideas or experience?
