Sinus inflammation & Immune System
Looking for alternatives......

Is anyone exposed to daily smells or fumes that aggravate their Sinuses?
If so, what do you do?

I have a job were I am exposed to smells, fumes & fibers on a daily basis. And I work outside in the yard alot. Which results in Sinus Infections.
So, I can't avoid what I am exposed to.
I get the following often - but not always every day: Headaches, sinus drip, heaviness in chest & pressure in my Sinuses.

Trying to find ways to help Sinus Infections.
And boosting my Immune System.

Re: Sinus inflammation & Immune System
Get Pine Nut Oil(Cedar Nut Oil). It's 100% natural product and Super Food. The best is Ringing Cedars of Russia brand. They have Pine Nut Oil with Resin extract. It boosts immune system enourmously and improves energy level. I use it for 3 years - and I dont get sick and feel great!
