Bradacardic heart rate with sinus arrhythmia

I noticed a short while ago, my heart is beating slower than normal.

Years ago I was diagnosed with sinus arrhythmia, which hasn't bothered me in the least.

I am not an athlete, am currently overweight, and experience flutters when my heart beats.

My resting heart rate was 48 at last check, with a blood pressure of 112/81.

I just got a clean bill of health recently at my yearly checkup, so this is something new to me.

Should I be worried about this?

I was researching this morning on this, after a lousy night, I think my heart was throwing off a bunch of PVC's which I think is what that fluttering is that I feel.

I was afraid to go to sleep this morning after staying up most of the night.

I am not looking forward to bedtime tonight as I wake up at 2 AM with a heart that seems to bounce and burp for hours on end. Had this for 12 years. It comes and goes. Sometimes it goes into Tachycardia for 1 to 8 hours and then it goes to normal for 6 to 12 months.
Like a car being over revved for a while to clean out the carbon.!!!

I haven't had a problem since my last post, must have been an isolated event.

It will happen again unfortunately. This comes and goes for no reason.

My pulse rate lately has been in the 40s. Have been taking Benzos for sleep and anxiety. Anyone else with a slow rate take these meds?
