    chronic sinus infection

I have a year of ongoing this chronic sinus infection and I have this clear discharge from my nose while using nasal rinse a lot of it it's going for months. I don't know of its a CF leak. Here is ct scan report
A 3 cm soft tissue mass with superior convex border is present in left maxillary and 0.9 cm similar tissue in the right dependent portion. The frontal etmoid and she no I'd sinus are normally aerated other than 0.3 cm nodule along the floor of the right frontal sinus. The ostiomeatal complexes are patent bilaterally. Bilateral maxillary and right frontal mucous retention cysts or polyps.
How bad is it and can this cause brain fog fatigue and short term memory loss. Suggestions are appreciated

I'm sorry but your post is a little difficult to decipher. At any rate, clear nasal discharge could be simple non allergic sinusitis/rhinitis or possibly allergies. You do have some growths that should probably be treated - perhaps prednisone or even surgery. Your ENT and/or allergist would be your best source.

Can sinusitis cause mental clarity fatigue and heavy eyes like feeling spaced out. All ye blood work are normal.

Absolutely. Brain fog, as many call it, is a symptom of allergies and most other sinus conditions.
