    Advice or relate?

I have been going thru pure crap for a month and everything is triggered my anxiety and panic attacks. I finally see my dr next week but I feel like its so far away.

It all started a month ago when I started having symptoms of a bouncing sensation when I stood up and would walk. It wasn't fun but I dealt with it as much I could but showers were not fun and I would get nervous thinking I would fall or was having a stroke which would trigger anxiety. I hear it can come from sinuses, middle ear, and inner ear. I even went to urgent care and they said it was ear wax build up and cleaned my ears out. Said there was little fluid behind right ear. Told them my head had felt right and have nasal congestion and they did not check my sinuses. And gave me nasonex and after a few days of using it, is when I felt worse. My head felt worse and right and head feels heavy and feel dizzy headed. I can't even take a shower. I have been taking sponge baths in my bedroom!

Last week I noticed pains coming and going in the side of my head over my right ear and they would come and go. And I went I to
Panic attack thinking I had brain tumor. And every time my head feels tight I go thinking the worse. It goes from that spot, to my temple then behind eye.

I hardly ever get sinus problems but with this crazy weather and all the snow I'm sure that may have caused it.

I would like to know how other people feel when they have bad sinus infections.

Looking down your head feel heavy?
    Feel dizzy?
Feel pressure around head. Or tightness.

Have you gone to see a specialist? I'd recommend getting in with one and discuss everything you're dealing with.

I saw my main dr this week. The pains around my ear are gone. Told her everything and she said the ear behind my ear was gone. She said it was frontal sinus infection. I asked her if it was an inner ear problem and named tried naming out the ones I had read about online but she stopped me and said to stop reading. That those were rare. She did a nuerological test on me and said my balance was fine and said it was good thing. Have me am antibiotic and today's my 4th day on it so gonna see if that helps.
