    chronic sinus problems

My 18 year old Daughter is sick constantly with sinus infections, does anyone know if having her tonsils out might possibly help this? She was told she also has a collapsed nostril and a deviated septum.

Both a deviated septum and tonsillectomy could help with her problems but it's important to rule out things like allergies first. Has she been to an allergist for allergy testing?

Yes, they have checked just about everything, it looks like surgery is in the works and pray it helps her because she is really suffering and trying to go to college, she is very sick as we speak.

It certainly took care of mine! I didn't have mine out till I was 26. I am now 68 and have had one ear infection and one sinus infection and no strep throat in the 42 years since! Oh, and one case of the flu. So basically, my immune system improved a 1000 fold. And I had a deviated septum repaired when I was 15. Helped tremendously. Glad I did both.

She is going to a ENT expert and hopefully surgery will be soon, before school starts again.
