    Deviated Septum inflammation meds

Went to my doctor and it was told that it have a deviated Septum and also inflammation and that is why it have been having difficulty breathing. I was prescribed Pulmicort Nebuamps that needs to be mixed in a netting pot with saline solution and used twice a day for 3 months. Has anyone used this message or found this medication to be helpful as it's generally prescribed for
bronchial asthma. It's a steriod that I am unsure of using. Any information would be appreciated.
