    Sjogren's and Provigil

From some posts i have read i have seen others who are doing better on a drug like Provigil, Nuvigil or Methylin. I was on it before when i kept falling asleep in the day-almost like narcolepsy-while i was driving or just standing...I felt so much better on it, but i've heard some bad things about it also, i believe thats if u abuse it. Can it be taken over a long period of time safely-if u use it correctly? Right now i'm on plaquenil but still have no energy. I am sleeping better since i started Evoxac for more saliva, so i think i'm getting enough sleep-almost too much. I've started eating better-more anti-infammation diet. I am 48 and should feel better than this. Don't feel depressed, just need my brain to get off the couch! Anyone have any experiences with taking a medication like this? Or have u felt like this and figured out how to get feeling better, meds or not? Thanks
