Hello

Since a few months, I have a small bump of 15 mm (5/8 inch) in diameter in my back, it is a little painful if I sleep on my back or if there is pressure on this bump.

Can you tell me what this bump can be?

I live far from the city and it would be very difficult for me to go to a clinic or a doctor, because I don't have a car and there is no bus around here.

What does it look like...Just a raised area under the skin and no colour changes? Where exactly on your back?

It could be a sebaceous cyst, or a lipoma which is a fatty growth. Anything that presses on a nerve will hurt. Curious if you've watched Dr Pimplepopper? Might give you some insight...the best is obviously to see a doc about it if it's increasing in size (although considering the recent crisis, maybe make an appointment for later in the year).
