Acne: Do you sleep on your left side? It’s possible the fabrics of your sheets a pillow irritate your skin or causes allergies of some kind which end up trapping and encourage the bacteria build up in acne.
Your scars: Go see a plastic surgeon. Apparently lasers can help in scars by either stimulating tissue re-growth or changing the pigment of your skin.
Your black lines: Not much of a cure for those since it’s usually passed down through your family. Proper sleep and healthy diet can reduce this as well as limiting alcohol intake. For the sleep its also important when you go to sleep, apparently you're suppose to go to sleep a few hours before 11pm to get the right kind (has something to do with body chemistry replenishing itself, the adrenal glands or something, I can't remember, I read it in an article awhile back). But I don't think you can cure the dark circles around the eyes if its in your family... the only solution I've heard is putting an ice pack on your eyes before you go out.... but my own experiment, try getting some petroleum jelly or a dressing for minor skin irritations/burns/cuts etc, and apply that to the dark area and rub it into the skin before going to bed every night for a couple of weeks and see if that reduces the darkness.
Milia: I haven't the slightest idea what that is.
The are just suggestions, I'm not an expert on any of your problems

[QUOTE=jeeperscreepers]I have a problem with several things on my face. I think with my face I am quite alright looking and have several good comments. The problem is that I go to great lengths to try and look presentable.
Its probably if I list my problems in 4 stages.
1. Acne. I am now past my mid twenties and I still get flare ups. The strange thing is that I always seem to get it on the left side of my neck and cheeks. I have a couple small ones on my head sometimes and on my nose but I dont mind these much, but the ones on my left side dont disappear but just vary in strength at times. I use recommended face wash twice a day and remove it with cotton pads. My face feels fresher but they still dont go. Its getting me down because I was willingly to put up with this until I was about 23 but now its beyond a joke and effecting my confidence.
2. I have a few chicken pox scar pox holes on my face. They are above my eyebrows on my cheek. They dont bother me as much as they used to but I always know they are there. I always try to avoid bad light otherwise they are really visible. I used to fill them in with something like toothpaste or cream anything so it looked less visible.
3. I have black lines and sort of pimples in them under my eyes. It doesnt look like I have slept or something with them. The have been like that for at least 10 years and sometimes I put cover up on there to try and hide it but being a man this isnt the best solution. It works a bit but still isnt great.
4) I have a few white spots called Milia. I only strarted to get these about a year ago and I just noticed one has grown underneath my eyelash now!
Can anyone help with these problems. I thought being a teenager was when u had the worse skin but in the last few years mine has been getting worse and worse and its making me feel really depressed
