Could a vitamin deficiency cause easy bruising?

Hello! I find small bruises on myself very often that I have no idea where they came from. Does anyone know of any vitamin deficiencies that could cause this? I also suffer from fatigue, and frequent headaches which may be related to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Your probably lacking iron. Usually you bruise easily when you lack iron, I know I do. What I recommend is a good mult-vit, they usually are packed with iron as well. You can also buy iron by itself, and take it by the dosage; if you do that constantly you'll see a difference. I know cause I bruise easily and it is due to low iron, but I also have damaged and weak skin but I do notice that I don't bruise as much when I'm taking iron daily, though I do get lazy and slack off, so it is my own fault but anyway I would try it if I were you and see if that is the case. If not then I would consult a doctor if they bruising and other aches continue.

Thanks for your input. Last time I saw a doctor, which was a few months ago, he told me that my iron was alittle lower than it should be, so maybe that is the case.
