Mole turns scabby

about a week ago, a mole on my neck started to irritate me and when i put pressure on it, a white substance came out that was slightly more solid that pus, and whitish in color. The next day the mole had completely scabbed over, it is now painful and irritating. I'd been wearing a necklace which i've just removed, in case this is the problem, but i am unsure whether or not i should get this checked out further, although i know the dangers of moles and skin cancer. thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Mole turns scabby

I think you should see a Dermatologist just to rule out skin cancer or other skin disorder. The sooner you catch something, the better off you'll be. Good luck.
