Had a mole removed from my scalp that came back as a "cylindroma." Says it's benign but has the possibility of turning cancerous. I had a 2nd removal to get clean margins which came back saying they didn't get it deep enough...would have to go all the way to the skull. They left it up to me as to whether to have a 3rd surgery (more extensive), as docs have different opinions. Has anyone had any experience with these moles? Internet search says they crop up in mid-life usually on the scalp or neck.
