Post Retin-A & Seborrheic Dermatitis

Does anyone know if its ok to use Retin A when you have Seborrheic Dermatitis?

I have been using it for a few days, and notice that my SB is inflamed. But i am wondering if thats just caused as Retin A causes the skin cells to shed, so maybe in the long run it may be good for SB.

Anyone knowledgeable in this?

I have been using jojoba oil over the SD and it really does help, but I am not sure whether to continue with the Retin A or not at this point, as it has slightly aggravated the SD. Does anyone think this will be a temporary side effect or permanent if I keep using the Retin A.
