Go out and buy Banana Boat Skin Care Aloe Vera Gel. That works really good on sunburn. After i use that i also rub in some Australian Gold Moisture Lock Tan extender so i don't peel. Works great sometimes. GoodLuck!

It depends on how bad the burn is. I keep a large bottle of Tea in the fridge incase of any type of burn. Tea contains tannic acid that will almost immediately remove all of the sting associated with burns and will help to keep blistering to a minimum. Since I love to work in my yard/garden, I usually get too much sun on my arms, shoulders adn upper back. I will wet a washcloth with the tea and lay it across the areas that are burned and leave it there until all the sting goes away. I've been doing this for years! After the tea has dried on my skin, I apply Aloe Vera Gel to cool and sooth the skin.
