Little bumps (like goosebumps) on chest area and shoulders, more goosebumps trumps cl

So about a week ago I noticed that I had bumps on my chest that I just kind of dusted off as sweat bumps (they kind of look like goosebumps). Then one time I went to scratch my back & I noticed that I had bigger bumps on my back along with goosebumps looking bumps, they're a little itchy sometimes. I noticed the bigger bumps on my back about 2 days ago. My mom said I shouldn't worry about it. I later realized that the goosebumps like things spread more high than my chest & now around clavicle. I have them on my shoulders too. I just have the bigger bumps on my back. I have a few pictures to show what I mean. The bigger bumps are just on my upper back. I need help to find out what this is. It is summer where I live, it's been pretty hot. These bumps have never appeared on me before & it makes me not want to wear any tank tops anymore. I have never had back acne or back pimples or chest pimples, well maybe a weird chest pimple hear or there but never acne. I need help, I want to know what this is because it's ugly & it really bothers me. I thought at first that these goosebumps like things were just sweat bumps but now they're on my back & they're bigger. They don't seem to look like acne or anything, I've never had acne there so it would be a surprise. I have pictures of them but I don't know how to post them. I'm new here.

    This looks like keratosis pilaris.
I have the same time on my shoulders and down my back. it's pretty common and it's nothing serious. it's genetic or can be triggered by certain allergies and it's mostly seen in younger kids and teenagers. for some people, they disappear as they get older.
you can definitely treat it and talking to your dermatologist. there's a lot of home remedies and mixtures.
i never liked having them. it made me really insecure about my skin and not confident enough. especially in the summer. but yours doesn't look too bad. it can easily be hidden.
you should look up more info on it. hope this helped.

If the bumps are bothersome to you, you can get rid of them by eliminating dairy from your diet. I eliminated dairy for other reasons a year ago and the bumps on my arms went away within a month. Sadly, getting rid of dairy goes further than just cutting the glass of milk you drink with your meals. It also requires ditching butter, cheese, cream, and foods that contain any amount of dairy.

It looks like seborrheic dermatitis. Have you changed bath soap, shampoo, laundry detergent...anything that your skin would be in contact with? Do you have the rash on your fore arms? If not, I would bet it is seborrheic dermatitis...sounds like your rash is where your skin is in contact with your tee shirt. My son is prone to eczema (and seborrheic dermatitis). In his case, it is due to food allergies and sensitivities. We have to use Seventh Generation laundry detergent because his skin is so sensitive to harsh soaps with fragrance. Hydrocortisone is good for getting rid of it. Does it itch? If so, the hydrocortisone will with that too!
