How do you guys get a good nights rest? I was doing a solid 8 to 9 but now realize that "natural" sleep is better, However back to only 6 to 7 hours and the next day is blah. Share ... if you can!

You're right about natural sleep. Check out using a CBT sleep training system for a complete permanent substance-free solution.
