Please help, sleeping problems

I am a male, 20 yrs old. Have no health problems, am on no medication, do not do drugs.
Now, my problem is that atleat once a week in the final hour of my sleep, i have random dreams. When i wake up, i am dripping wet with swet. To the point where i litterally have drips of swet all over my body. Exspecially my legs and back. I have been dealing with this for a couple months now. But this last week its been extremly bad. Before i go to sleep, i turn of the heat, open the windows and strip down to meerly my boxers for this exact purpose. Even in the dead middle of winter, with the windows up in my room, and only a light thin sheet to cover up with, i still wake up soaking wet in swet for no reason. Now the weird thing is that i make way up 2 or 3 times during the night, just fine, not hot, not cold, just normal. Yet its ALWAYS during the last hour of my sleep that this weird problem occurs. To twist things even more, when i wake up drenched in swet, i am freezing my butt off. I am so dang cold i cant hardly move, yet i am wet with swet??? My heart beat is completly regular during this time. I have jumped threw hoops to try and reduce this problem. But its only getting worse. Like i said, the measures I have went threw reduce this weird swet problem are as follows...
Nearly sleeping naked, turning off the heat, opening up windows in my bedroom, no longer using blanket, only the lightest thinnest sheet i can find. Yet even tho my room may be 60 degeers when i wake up nearly naked, i am still drenched in swet and freezing to death. Like i stated, im on no medication, have no health problems, don't use any drugs. What in the heck could be causing this? Why is it that I only swet during the last hour of my sleep? For instance, say i wake up generally around 9 am. Well i make up at 8am complelty fine, not hot, not cold, just perfect. Yet when i go back to sleep for the next hour or so, my world gets turned upside down. Don't forget this happens while im dreaming. No the dreams arent bad or scary, just regular dreams.

Any advice is worth its weight in gold to me. I would greatly appreciate any one commenting on this.

I use to shower everynight before i went to bed, but with me waking up in a swet bath every morning i know have to shower in the mornings to clean up. Please, please, please help me.

Re: Please help, sleeping problems

I would suggest going in for a complete physical....if everthing comes back ok, come back and post again.

Although some sleep disorders can cause some of your symptoms, you need to rule out other causes first....
