Smile Trying again tomorrow, wish me luck

Hi all,

Well, I am making the steps to climb right back on to the wagon again. I intend to wake up and go smoke free from tomorrow morning and start Monday afresh again. Woo hoo, no more awful smelling cigarette clothes, fingers, breath. No more heavy, rattly chest. Kind of looking forward to it. I have prepared by cleaning the house from top to bottom today as I know the first week I will be so sleepy that only the bare necessities will get done! LOL

Please wish me luck

Good for you, Amanda! You'd made it so far last time ... just think of that as the "test run" for the real quit tomorrow

You can do it. Mind over matter. Never thought in a million years I'd be looking at a month quit here. If I can, you can!
