My husband quit a year ago and he still wants a cig,my brother has been quit for 12 yrs and every now and then he wants to smoke,I know people who has been quit for 20 years and they want to smoke occasionnally!!! I have been quit for 2 weeks and I could probably eat one! Its all in ur mind stop thinking about it, YEAH its emotional rollercoaster, but now u have't deal with this for the rest of ur life.... withdrawls, Im greatful for them,it reminds me of what I have done to my heart already,I deserve them, at age 34 I had an heart attack,I have heart diease also!!! Yea stop thinking about it!!!

What is it going to take....
I have quit using wellbutrin,lodges....
I quit and even worked around them....
Stop thinking about smoking, replace ur old habit with a new habit...
I used the patch for about a week just to cut the edge off and that last patch I found out after I had took it off that I was withdrawing from it...
Aday went by and I was okay!!!
I still want one, but I'm not going to let it eat me alive...
I don't care if I gain weight, I eat what I want and enjoy it..
I'm not going to deprive my body of the things that has been took away...
So I also take a muti-vitamin...
There are over four thousand chemicals in Cigarettes...
A Dr. told me one time that I got myself in this mess I could get myself out of it and he was right...
I kept making excuses looking for a reason to smoke...
Here are a few:
1. When I'm upset.
2. Oh I don't want to gain weight...
3. I like it,but it don't like me!
4. I'm too stressed right now...(heard that one a millon times)
5. It's to hard maybe I should cut back...
Just any thing I could think of, It's not gonna run my life anymore....
I realised yesterday if you stop thinking about it find new habit forming things to do.....
It leaves ya!!!!
