first day over but cant sleep a lot of cravings to day is this normal my mind is on smoking all day

Congratulations-you are doing the best thing for yoursellf! Yes, you will think about smoking ALOT, but "just don't smoke" Thinking about it will diminish with time. I have been a non-smoker for 63 days now and still think about it every day, but I don't smoke-not one puff! Good luck!

Very normal raymond. Matter of fact, just a couple of weeks ago it hit me that I wasn't thinking of smoking all of the time. And it's been 3 1/2 months for me. It gets better. Really.
