Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hide

LOL. This is what I call myself when starting a quit now. The night before, I'll be cool and calm and focused that I wanna quit. And then I wake up in the AM and it's a different story, all reason has gone out the window? Why is this? I'm so frustrated

Re: Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hide

Not Jekyl & Hide...your a nicotine addict. Nicotine is a drug just like booze and all the others. It calls you back and has a hold over you mentally & physically.

If you need get some help from your Dr a group another x-smoker. Get support here.

You can quit! Take it one day at a time!
