6th day smoke free... strange symptoms

I have smoked for 17 years and I quit cold turkey 6 days ago.
Feeling alright but have had some strange symptoms like having
nightmares, adrenaline rushes upon trying to fall asleep, and
gum/mouth pain. Has anyone else experienced any of these?

Re: 6th day smoke free...strange symptoms

Sorry no one answered you - I'm only here a day or two myself. The dreams - I totally hear you. I have had the most INTENSE dreams - to the point where I wake up and realize I spent so much energy dreaming, than actually restful sleeping.

Based on everything I'm reading, totally normal.
