    Unhappy Is this Cervical Spondylosis?

    Hello,

For about 3 weeks now I have had neck and back pain. It is difficult to sit or lay down. My doctor sent me to have an x-ray done and the results showed early signs of Cervical Spondylosis. I went further for an MRI of the cervical spine and the conclusion is as follows:
"Straightening of cervical spine with mild desiccation of all cervical discs. C3-4, C4-5, C5-6, C6-7 disc shows annular bulge, indenting anterior thecal sac, causing no obvious neural compression."

Can you help explaining what this means please?

    Yours
