    Fix scoliosis in a few seconds.

    Stand up and do your worst, feel wrong.

    Scoliosis is just this:
    lack of confidence, nothing else. I used have scoliosis and just a few days ago I got it. I used to think my posture was terrible so I tried really hard to correct it which made it worse in time. People with faulty posture(unlike kids) tend to think it's just a laziness problem, or weakness....on the opposite, we push ourselves down unconsciously trying to correct something we don't like about us. For example, I used to have TMJ along with scoliosis. I tried really hard to put my jaw in a "normal position" uncousciously, well...the trying itself is the abnormality, just like in scoliosis.

    Try this: Stand up, feel fat and goofy, feel your breathing DANGEROUS and bad for your health. Do your worst. Stop holding yourself, let your abs go and feel fat and lazy, let your chest down and feel lazy. For example, if you have tension in any part of your body DO YOUR WORST to overcome it. Interesting phenomena that just now it's being researched on. Try it out if you want a "child posture".

    For scoliosis: feel that one side of your shoulders and one leg are being pulled by YOU. One of your shoulders is too tight, one of your legs is too tight, causing other unbalances in your body. Do your worst to undo this problems, think it through like a riddle and look at the big picture. I just hope you have the determination and brains to do it, if not...get surgery of spend hours working out. But the only way the core of the problem can be solved is by STOP TRYING.
