Is there a difference between Osteophytes, bone spurs

    and bony tubercles?

I have various reports/x-rays/Mri's and last but not least Ct scan that refer to all three in the last 2 yrs...Are they one & the same or different?

The latest CT scan shows bony tubercles at c-7 now..could it be because of the non-fusion at that level...they are not at the other 3 levels that fused...

    Thanks,

    Melinda
