    Mild Scoliosis of dorso-lumbar spine

    Hi guys,

    i am 26 now, I had meet an accident a year ago when I was 25, after that I am suffering with lower back pain. I had consulted a doctor last month and he had suggested to undergo couple of ‘X’ rays for my lumbar spine and one MRI for full spine. And those were done,below finidings are reported.

    1) Mild Scoliosis of dorso-lumbar spine with convexity to right.
    2) Break at pars interarticularis at L5 level
    3)Mild forward displacement of L5 over S1
    4)spondylosis at L5 level with grade1 anterior listhesis of L5 over S1.

    i am suffering from bad back pain,Can anyone please suggest me, what kind of treatment do I need?
