    MRI. Can anyone translate?

I had an MRI yesterday and my appointment isn't until Monday. I was wondering if anyone could translate the findings for me just to give me an idea of what to expect.

FINDINGS: There is normal alignment of the cervical spine. There is
preservation of the vertebral marrow signal. The cord signal is normal.

At C2-C3 there is no evidence of disc herniation, canal stenosis or
    foraminal encroachment.

At C3-C4 there is a broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex which
indents the anterior subarachnoid space and results in mild canal stenosis.
There is no evidence of foraminal encroachment.

At C4-C5 there is a broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex with
prominent posterolateral components. This indents the anterior
subarachnoid space and results in moderate canal stenosis. There is also
    bilateral foraminal narrowing.

At C5-C6 there is a broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex with a
prominent right posterolateral component. This indents the anterior
subarachnoid space and results in moderate canal stenosis. There is also
moderate to severe narrowing of the right neural foramen. There is mild
narrowing of the left neural foramen.

At C6-C7 there is a broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex with a
superimposed posterior central/left paracentral disc protrusion. This
indents the anterior subarachnoid space and results in moderate canal
stenosis. There is also mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.

At C7-T1 there is no evidence of disc herniation, canal stenosis or
    foraminal encroachment.

What are your symptoms? My neurosurgeon treats symptoms more than the report but sounds like you have a lot of bone spurs that are messing with you and the narrowing is what presses on the nerves. I just had a foraminotomy to release the pressure on my nerves at one level even though my report was severe bilaterally I ONLY had symptoms at the left. I am also 2 years post op ACDF C5-7. Don't know if this helped but need to concentrate on the symptoms to correspond with the report.

Neck pain radiating down my right arm. Numbness in spots on my right arm and tingling. Overall sense of weakness in the arm at times. I get similar symptoms on the left side, but not as prevalent and not consistently. Not sure if this is relevant.. but I get dizzy frequently. At night, if I turn to my right I get very dizzy. More headaches than usual but that could just be stress.
