    The one thing that I used after the scar closed up was Emu oil two or three times a day, this will help hide the scar.

    I put in several jars of baby food. More varied nutrition, uber easy to swallow.

    from my experience after my acdf surgery is that it could be handy to have some antacids because I had sleepy aesophagus and intestines so acidic stomach content was getting to my mouth and very dangerously to my trachea

    good anatomical memory foam pillow is also very good after the surgery
