    focal right posterior disc defect suggestive of neural foraminal protrusion at L1-L2
    L3-L4 endplates somewhat irregular with T2 hyperintensity bone marrow signal changes adjacent at this level, axial images few small periaortic lymph nodes

    At each vertebrae level in the spine there are these channels like a canal (neural foramin) that the nerve roots come off the spinal cord, on the right and left and go on to your body parts.It appears in your lower back- lumbar, you have a disc bulge or herniation that is pressing disc material into that channel.
