    CSF isointense foci of C7/T1

On my MRI of the cervical spine with contrast. One section states: Note is made of bilateral well-circumscribed CSF isointense foci that related to the lateral neural foramina. Although the evaluation of T1/2 is limited, there is a left-sided similar appearing focus in the lateral neural foramen larger than at the C7/T1 level measuring 1.1 cm. The findings are compatible with dural ectasias although dequel of post traumatic nerve root avulsion in not excluded. I have had L1/2 discectomy and laminectomy 03/09 I have multiple issue with all of my spine but my surgeon said this is only a radiologist over reaction. I am in contant pain even since my surgery. Is there a chance something else is wrong or was my surgeon correct.
