    Mri of thoracic spine< in a panic!~

    Here it is

There is a mild dextro scoliosis. Breast the rod is normal height alignment. There is a incidental meningioma in T5. There is mild multilevel dislocation. There is a left-sided disc bulge at T5-T6 and a small left paracentral disc herniation at T 7/8. No canal stenosis. Neuroforamina appear adequate. Spinal cold maintains normal morphology and signal. No focal intrathecal no paraspinal mass.

    IMPRESSION
    1. Small left-sided disc herniation at T7-T8, left-sided disc bulge at T5-T6. No focal neural compromise.
    2. Mild dextro scoliosis.

I went to my family doctor for mid back pain, they did this MRI. He said nothing looks too bad cause there no nerve compromise or cord displacement.. BUT what about the meningioma? He didnt even mention it to me when he went over this report with me. Isn't that something of concern? This is upsetting and i dont know what dextro scoliosis is.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. ESTELLA
