Results of MRI due to auto accident

52 yr. old male recent auto accident rear end collision.
Results from accident=numbness in left hand, soreness in back of neck, slight throbbing in left arm
MRI = C3-4 possible moderate bilateral foraminal narrowing due to uncovertebral hypertrophy.
C4-5 - moderate bulging disc osteophyte complex, effacing the entire thecal sac.
C5-6 - possible central disc protrusion.
C6-7 - mild bulging disc.
Possible central HNP at C5-6.
Possible bilateral moderate neural foraminal narrowing at C3-4.
Moderate multilevel spinal canal stenosis.

My chiropractor thinks she can resolve the stenosis issue with therapy. What should I do and should I get a second opinion from a Orthopedic specialist or a Neurologist? Help!!
