Two months and back to work

It has been 2 months since my ACDF and I just started back to work this week. I do house cleaning. I have pain across the back of my shoulders and down my neck to mid back. I had this pain before I went back to work but of course it is worse now. When I look down I feel a pulling all down my spine. I can not put ears to shoulders very well and when I am in bed if I have my head in one position for a while it is very hard to turn it. Does anyone else have these symptoms two months later?
