    Cool 12 weeks post-op 4 myelopathy

hello people,,saw nuero today and got the ok to return to work,,(finally) had myelopathy at 2 levels c4-c5 ,,c5-c6,,,,had acdf with fusion,
as u know myelopathy is ,compression of the spinal cord from hern, discs,, my symptoms were extreme tightness in legs which affected my walk/balance.also some pins and needled in legs and fingertips,
just want to say that its along road for this condition but i feel 100% better than before operation,
gait (walk) is coming along and balance is coming back
can jog backwards and motor skills seem to be coming along nicely,
just wanted other peeps out there with this condition, to hang in there ,work hard in pyhsical therapy,,ask for alot of balance excercises, and you`ll see a difference down the road,,,,,TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME,,,once the cord is bruised it could take up to a year to heal,,so hang in there,,and be patient,,i feel great compared to pre-op,,, so work hard at pt.
also my thanks to NIKI for her support,,,,
