Re: How to deal with Stress?

I carve out a little time every day for just me. Be it surfing pintrest, watching thunder storm, or playing free casino game on phone. It's me time. No answering calls. ..nothing. if I'm highly stressed at work and I'm able to take small break, i sit in my car. Then i let the cursing rip like a well educated sailor. Sometimes making up a song with the words in it. Makes me laugh. ..i feel refreshed and I've worked in some deep breathing while singing/rippin. Good times!

hey cheerydalegirl thanks for the tips. I already vent like an educated sailor but that usually gets me in more trouble after =)
I really need to find a more relaxing hobby.

You need some quiet time alone.

Exercise is also great for stress relief..

Re: How to deal with Stress?

I like to run in the morning then at night to help tire out my body to help with insomnia and stress. Meditating and reading help a lot too. And if you feel tired at any time during your free time of the day, it really helps to take a timed nap.

I'm a deep breather. I try to relax but, usually doesn't work for me.
