Anyone have muscle twitches because of stress?
 

Hi all. I have been having muscle twitching in my foot constantly. I am wondering if its due to stress or something else. Anyone else that is stressed out have this problem? And does anyone know if quinine is good to use for muscle twitches? thanks for all your help.

see a doc about it, if its from stress, valium or a beta blocker med should help
