    Marijuana usage after a stroke

Hi, I had a Tia stroke about a month ago and have been told by my primary care Dr that I should give up the weed, I have done research into smoking marijuana after a stroke and while there are pros and cons for both. Here is the thing I really enjoy smoking weed and I don't smoke that much, it's really just for pain in my lower back. I'd like to hear from others that have had a small stroke like mine and have quit smoking it for good or have not stopped, and your reasons why. To be honest I'm actually afraid to light up again. I'd really like to hear from other people and their experiences. Mind you when I say I smoke very little, I mean one hit and I'm good for a few days before I need it again. So I'd really like to light up again but if it were to mean I could have another stroke, then I'd rather give it up for good.
