How long does it generally take from the onset of puberty to its completion?

I started "develping" at 12, had my period at 14, and now I'm 16. I menstruate on a very regular cycle and seem to be pretty much "fully developed".

The only thing is that the nipple-areolar complex on my breasts still stands out from the outline of the rest of my breast. I know that this is something that has to do with not being fully "developed" but how long can I expect it to take until this goes away and I have "normal" breasts?

Thanks very much!

Re: Timeline?

This is hard to answer because puberty can end at anytime. I would ask your mother when she stopped? Also I would try post this in Sexual health for teens, you may get a better response...good luck
