    Question Wrist pain?

I'm new here and I cant find where else I can post this, this really doesnt have anything to do with being a teen other than I'm a teen haha. My wrist has hurt for around 6 hours now... It gets kind of stiff and feels like it needs to crack, so I've been cracking it. I've cracked it like 6 times, and theyre like big popping cracks. Afterwards it feels fine until I use that hand (im right handed and that wrist hurts). Its not excruciating and it really doesnt hurt all that much at all. I was just wondering if its okay to crack it if it gets stiff? It doesnt hurt at all when I crack it and it feels A LOT better afterwards. Could cracking it mess with my joints or anything like that? Thanks!

Overtime, you may develop mild arthritis. You should increase your water intake and reduce the "cracking" down to zero times a day as your wrist slowly recovers and returns to normal. If you are overusing your wrist (i.e. using your computer mouse, sports, writing) than obviuosly any reduction there would help as well.
