Having Moderate/Severe Pain In my Lower throat when i swallow, help please?

Hello i am new here and im going to give you some background info before i ask you questions

-I have had 3 sinus infections this past year
-Taken Z pac for decongestant and zyrtec for decongestent to
-Worked while i was taken it and it came back
-so my parents took me to an ENT and i told them all my symptoms including
this one.

-He said i had very narrow sinuses and recomended me to get a CT scan of my sinuses to see if i need surgery to widen them

He also recomended i go to an allergist to get tested and im doing that to after my scan which is next tuesday.

Ive always been clearing my throat for the past year and coughing and ive never really coughed when i was a kid and got sick.
Sore throats
So my question is: what do you think this pain is in my lower throat when i swallow, it is severe all through the day and it hurts less when i workout. Its a pain in my lower throat/upper chest.
