Male with Hypo/Low Testosterone symptoms, need some advice!

Hello, I am a 20 year old male and over the last year I have been getting worsening symptoms these include:

Increased tiredness, lack of drive, heat/cold intolerance, excessive sweating, head and body hair loss (Not normal MPB pattern), loss of libido, weak erections, watery sperm, depression, anxiety and mood swings.

I decided to go to my GP about this and had a number of tests done over a period of a couple of weeks, here are some of the relevant results:
    - Ferritin Level - 80 (24 - 336)

    -TSH - 6.94 mU/L (0.3 - 4.8)
    -Free T4 - 13.6 pmol/L (8.4 - 19.1
    -Free T3 - 5.2 pmol/L (2.4 - 4.8)
    -Thyroid peroxidase antibody - 1 (0 - 8)

    -Serum FSH - 2.5 IU/L (1.3 - 19.3)
    -Serum LH - 3 IU/L (1.2 - 8.6)
    -Serum Prolactin - 385 mU/L (56-278)
    -Serum Testosterone - 11.6 nmol/L (6 - 27.1)
    -Sex hormone binding blobulin level - 35 nmol/L (13 - 90)
    -Free androgen index - 33.1 (15 - 102.2)

As you can probably see a lot of the results seem to be a bit high or low. I have spoken to my GP about the chance of it being a thyroid problem and he seems to think it is unlikely.

I haven't seen my doctor since getting the testosterone results back but they seem to show I have low testosterone for someone my age and high prolactin. Both seem to have symptoms which relate to most of mine. What could be causing all these symptoms, could it be caused by something being wrong with my pituitary gland?

My doctor is likely to say most things fall into the 'normal' category even though according to some studies my testosterone level is similar of an 80 years olds due to such a broad normal range. If you have any advice or can explain what you think is causing this and what the best course of action should be for me I would be very grateful!

Hi Joe were you able to fix your problem. I've had similar symptoms and low testosterone. You are not mentioning your weight and height. If you belly is normal or you are over 25% fat.?

Joe, try to talk to your doctor or read about:
Regulation of testicular function: the hypothalamic-pituitary - testes relation.
Ask him also for a test on the count-volume for the semen-sperm.
Also read about all the organic food that is good to increase the male hormones including DHEA. and keep your weight below 20 lb overweight. Exercise is a must. sleep time no later than 11pm for at least 8 hours. This is what I'm doing and the testosterone is increasing. Let me know if you get better or if you find sites with good information.
