Help Pls: Hair Loss, T4 High, T3 Uptake Low

I'm really hoping someone can help figure out what are causing all of my crazy symptoms. About 3 years ago I had dental surgery (an implant) and ever since then I've had major hair loss and burning throat and tongue. The first doctor I went to prescribed me anti-anxiety medication and sleeping pills which only resolved the symptoms and not the actual issue. Super frustrating! A year ago I went into a hair specialist and he prescribed me birth control pills (estrogen level was 32 and free testosterone is 0.2) and spirolactone. That seemed to work for about 6 months. My tongue was not burning and it no longer had circles and a whitish coating. After 6 months it all came back... I felt super lightheaded, my tongue started burning again, and my throat felt swollen and hurt as well. Once that happened, massive hair loss began. The hair doc said it's not AGA and I do not have PCOS. What is it??

Here are my last test results for thyroid:

    TSH: 1.930
    Thyroxine (T4): 14 (4.5-12) - HIGH
    T3 Uptake: 19 (24-39) - LOW

Not sure if this matters, but it's always low...

    Alkaline Phosphatase, S 32 LOW IU/L 39-117

What do you think?? I want to determine the issue so I can fix it already!!

    Thank you so much!!!

Those thyroid tests aren't worth a hill of beans.
    Get yourself some valid ones.
A combo of TSH, free T4, TPO antibodies, and Tg antibodies are best for diagnostic purposes. (The T4 test you had is for measuring the total combined levels of bound and free hormone. The total T4 test is a poor indicator of thyroid status. T3 uptake has nothing whatever to do with your T3 level, or anything else, really.)

A person already in treatment for hypothyroidism often finds a free T3 measurement useful, especially if her condition isn't improving.
