    Thyroid and bloody nose

    Hi,
I'm new here, just found out I am Hypothyroid. I started Armour three days ago- 30mg which I believe is half a grain. Today I woke up with blood on my pillow from a bloody nose. This has never happened to me before. Do you think the medication is too strong? My only symptoms for Hypo were thinning hair and little tired midday, otherwise felt fine. Next blood work planned to be done in three months.

    My tests last week were:
    TSH 8.69
    T4 Free 1.1
    T3 Free 2.8
    No antibodies- don't have Hashi

Sonogram reveled some nodules, one which will be retested in a few months:
7 x4x5m eccentric calcifications without increased vascular flow.

    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks!

    Re: Thyroid and bloody nose

It's not possible that Armour has anything to do with a bloody nose.

Hope your treatment will go well. Come back if you need more help with it.
