Hashi's or not?

My daughter is 17. She is an avid athlete, and the past several months has been very fatigued. Hives began 3-4 months ago, as well as arm/hand tingles. Then angioedema put her the ER twice, thought to be nut allergy. Food allergies were neg. Ferritin 8, FTI 2.0, TSH 1.02, T3 Uptake 31, T4 6.5, TPO <6 and Thyroglobulin Antibodies <1. What could be wrong?

Hi! Your daughter's TSH looks perfectly fine, TPO and TG Abs are normal but the rest of the set of thyroid tests tell you very little. It would be better if you had FreeT4 (direct, not measured) and FT3 tested. Her ferritin looks awfully low, I think that could be an issue.
